* All artwork and images must save in CMYK mode.
* All fonts need to create outlines.
* Please remove all guidelines and text description before you send your artwork file to us.

Spot UV Guidelines
Prepare 2 Files:
1) Spot UV File
2) CYMK Print Ready File
1) Spot UV File
* Fill the area/image to be Spot UV varnished with process black. The background should leave blank and only Spot area is black color.(Please use crop mark to indicate the print area.)
* Do not delete the Bleed Area Box, but change the colour to transparent. Their Positions in relative to the bouding box are the same. This is extremely important as different relative position will result in the Spot UV effect being applied somewhere else.
* No tint or gradient effect allowed.
* Registration of image to be Spot UV varnished must be accurately aligned with the offset printing artwork.
* Spot UV not applied to outlines or outlines of a table (Outlines may cause unattractive mis-registration more noticeable).
* Spot UV not applied at gluing area.
